Rate information:

As a general idea, we charge $400 per night in peak seasons, but we offer varying rates depending on the amount of guests, dates and length of stay, so please reach out to receive an accurate quote.

Please note the following stipulations before booking privately:

1. A 25% deposit is to be paid and contract signed to secure your dates. 

2. Full payment is required 3 days before your arrival.

3. As the property and jetty is not fenced, we do not recommend very young children

staying at Ripples, however if you choose to book regardless of this, we will not accept

responsibility for any accidents that may occur. 

4. Please no pets, no smoking inside and no group parties.
